Privacy notice
This notice explains the information ROTDULE processes to provide workforce scheduling, attendance, leave, payroll-preparation, and workspace administration. Your employer or organisation remains responsible for deciding how employee data is used in its workspace.
Information processed
ROTDULE can process account identity, organisation membership, employee records, rota assignments, availability, leave, timesheets, pay-rate and contract information, messages, and administrative activity.
Location coordinates may be collected when a user actively clocks in through a workspace that uses location checks. Passwords are stored as secure hashes; plaintext passwords are not retained.
Why it is used
The information is used to authenticate users, enforce workspace permissions, build and publish rotas, record attendance, administer leave, prepare payroll records, prevent duplicate or inconsistent entries, provide support, and preserve security and operational evidence.
Service providers
ROTDULE relies on specialist providers for application hosting, database infrastructure, email delivery, and—when a paid plan is selected—payment processing through Stripe. Providers receive only the information needed to deliver their service.
Retention and history
Workspace administrators control active workforce records. Some payroll-critical and approval-critical changes are retained as append-only operational history so corrections and decisions remain auditable. Legal, contractual, or recovery requirements may affect how long records are kept.
Your choices and rights
Users can request an export or deletion through ROTDULE's data-privacy settings, subject to their organisation's employment, legal, and record-keeping obligations. Questions about employee data should first be directed to the organisation that manages the workspace.
Security and contact
ROTDULE uses tenant-aware access controls, session revocation, encrypted connections, password hashing, audit records, and backup/recovery procedures. No online service can promise absolute security. Product and privacy enquiries can be directed through Kliqnet Digital.
