Product terms
These terms describe the standard basis for using ROTDULE. A separately signed commercial agreement takes priority if it covers the same service or customer.
Using ROTDULE
You may use ROTDULE to administer authorised workforce operations for organisations you are entitled to represent. You must provide accurate registration information, protect your account, and avoid accessing another organisation's workspace without permission.
Organisation responsibilities
Each organisation remains responsible for its rotas, employment decisions, pay rates, leave rules, legal compliance, staff notices, and the accuracy of information entered or approved in ROTDULE. The product supports operational decisions but does not replace employment, payroll, tax, or legal advice.
Plans and billing
New workspaces start on the published free plan. Paid Starter and Professional subscriptions are purchased through Stripe using the server-approved plan prices shown at checkout. Subscription changes, renewals, cancellations, and invoices are managed through the billing portal.
Availability and changes
ROTDULE is maintained as an evolving service. Features may change to improve security, reliability, usability, or compliance. Planned features and previews are not guaranteed until they are released. Service interruptions may occur for maintenance or causes outside reasonable control.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass workspace boundaries, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material, misuse employee information, probe security controls without written authority, or use ROTDULE in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Ending use
You may stop using a free workspace or manage a paid subscription through the available account controls. Access may be restricted where necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, respond to legal obligations, or address unpaid charges under a paid plan.
